One day Gamespot will post a review without whining about (nonexistent) racism, or pushing their left wing politics in to every publication. Its tiresome. I dont think i'll bother coming here anymore. It's turning into The Guardians sister paper.

Games are escapism. We play them for a break from the real world. If i wanted to be reminded that "white man bad" i'd turn on the TV.

Anyone else have fond memories of watching the original as a kid, and then spending every spare minute addicted to F-16 Combat Pilot on the Amiga?. "Hit the breaks, he'll fly right by!"

@rancid36: same here in the UK. Funny having our government and media constantly provoking Russia, while at the same time most of our young men want to be women. I don't think a war with them will end well for us.

But more importantly. When are they releasing the sequel to N64 Spacestation Silicon Valley?

@phili878: maybe it's just me but I have no interest at all in weapon customisation in Any game. I just like to leave the weapons to the developers and use what they give, maybe a silencer here or there. A bit like unlockable character costumes in fighting games. Just, why?

Most importantly. Does Vernon Tripe feature in this sequel? His fascinating tales of him and his dog "lady"?

I have the trilogy on PS3 but will still be getting this remaster. They are well worth replaying. Now all I want is a remastered Knights of the Old Republic 1&2

@blindbsnake It's true, Game devs have been given a diversity criteria to stick by if they want subsidies.: Laura Towler goes into it on her Youtube page.

I have nothing against female characters, or lesbian female characters. etc. I am a very liberal person. I just don't want politics being pushed in games, books, movies etc.

We enjoy these things to escape the real world for a short time. Theres a time and a place for politics. I just dont want it in our games.
