My thoughts about this... Currently, Sony is just tapping the water. The PS4 Pro is not meant/designed to display native 4k. It is a slightly upgraded version of the original PS4 designed to support the mandate of Sony for all upcoming games to run 1080p/60fps at minimum and VR. The ability for the PS4 Pro to produce/upscale into 4k is just a bonus feature, to accommodate and tease the minorities that owns true 4k TVs. The exclusion of UHD player for the PS4 Pro is also well thought or a sacrifice because they need to maintain a specific price range. These are the reason why it is still a "PS4" and can be compared to the relationship between an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. Because of this, I think, Sony will release a true 4k console after Project Scorpio.
I feel very uneasy about Sony. There's got to be a reason why they didn't talk about Neo on E3. Microsoft is so arrogant about their new Scorpio, yet it still far from their target year of 2017. What if... the PS4 Neo is not just the new console Sony is making? What if there's a different PS4 that is meant for VR and for native 4k presentation?
Nintendo dominated that era followed by 360. Between 360 and PS3, 360 won because of its easy-to-work-with architecture which majority of game devs preferred rather than the complex PS3. Lots of game devs nowadays are so lazy that they want to spend less and earn more.
To be practical, iL stick with my Windows 7. I have the feeling that Windows 9 or whatever they'll call it will surface this 2014. Microsoft already have the bad habit of releasing new OS version every year like CoD.
Atleast we got the option whether we want it online or offline. Not like the other box that requires you to go online just to play singleplayer campaign game! On top of that, we can all share our games without charges to our friends. You got me there Sony, my money is yours this xmas
I've uninstalled this game 3 weeks after launch to save space on my ssd and because the story is short and the replay value is a bit boring and yet its still here making news? And what about the pvp thingy? What year it is already?...
