I do not have shinies or event pokemon(I do have basically everything else) I can get ALL non legendaries (with the possible exception of feebas and milotic). As far as legendaries go, birds dogs and regis I can do easy. Latios and Latias maybe. Lugia Mewtwo Rayquaza Groudon and Kyogre yes. Ho-oh possible if you give me some extra time. It's mostly how I raise them, not the rarity of the pokemon. If you would like to add moves you want or a specific ability if the pokemon has 2 posssible, let me know. If you really care about gender tell me, it doesn't make a difference though. If you want a specific nature (this drastically changes the stats of the pokemon) also tell me.
