Why can't I find this anywhere for download on the PSN?

Has anyone downloaded CLASH IN THE CLOUDS on the psn yet? I'm getting extremely flustered, and would love to know if I'm the only one that can't seem to find the dlc anywhere.

@king_quaps You obviously don't appreciate well thought out story arcs.

Why doesn't the DLC show up for playstation? I've been looking for it since eight this morning.
