I remember on black ops if you had alot of friends it made you lag...they fixed it after a couple of weeks...not sure if thatd help or is even the source of the problem for you though

Black ops P2P system can be seriously annoying for some routers. try to open the needed ports for black opsS1NG3D

I don't think there's anything that you can do about it. Maybe you should try the Call of Duty forums for a better response. By the way, where are you from cuz that could a reason why.
