VERY worth it. I suppose if you really wanted to save money you could go for a 750GB or even a 500GB. But at the price, you won't have to worry about space for at least a little while, plus they are very fast. Not Raptor fast, but very good for a 7200RPM drive.
ATI has had some problems with their cards recently. While being designed very well, their performance hasn't backed their specs. ATI hasn't really beat NVIDIA at anything recently except their new 4xxx series cards. I don't know about either's Linux support as I've been too lazy to set up a Linux partition so I can't help you there. Basically, if you are going to get a new card at that budget, you've picked the right one.
Out of curiosity, what is the difference between rap and hip - hop? from what I can tell both those songs are hip hop. Correct me if I'm wrong.yojo500
It's basically the same. Rap is "the rhythmic spoken delivery of rhymes and wordplay, one of the elements of hip hop music and culture". according to Wikipedia. Wheras Hip-hop is a genre of music typically consisting of a rhythmic style of speaking called rap over backing beats performed on a turntable by a DJ".

Just because you run around in a group shooting things doesn't make it CS with a new coat of paint. L4D with be alot different.
Lol I'm not basing this off of seeing videos and being like, "Oh you're with a group of people shooting stuff so it's like CS." I know it's a different game, but like I said the devs even said CS players will be familiar with it, and it's not going to be at the opposite spectrum of FPS' from CS.
