The only way I see TCU even possibly getting into the NCG is if UT loses the Big XII CG, and I don't see that happening right now. And even then, I think there would have to be no more than 1 undefeated BCS team. Likely the winner of UF/'Bama. If that is a game of unbeatens, and UT loses the Big XII, but Cincy finishes undefeated, I think the NCG will be between the UF/'Bama winner and Cincy.sith_acolyte15

If UT stumbles it will be at A&M not the Big 12 title game.

Texas doesn't always schedule cupcakes. They have had Arkansas, Tcu, Ohio State, the past few years. They get Arkansas again next year ( a team on the rise) and they got ucla in a few years.
