Yeah, it blinks and the restarts the process. (The Wii doesn't restart, just the disc illumination) Anyways, found the answer to the problem. Thanks people for the advice.
Like the topic says, something weird is going on with my Wii. Usually when I get a WiiConnect24 update, the blue(the disc slot) appears slowly and then fades slowly. Now, it appears slowly then blinks 2 times and it goes off. Please help.
