Yes, from my the girlfriends I seen with my friends who are considered Athletic, most of the girls were treated fairly. I'll explain it to you, women who like guys who are considered jerks don't like them because their jerks, thats a fallacy and their attractive features are not analyzed other than them being a jerk. However, if you actually look into it further, you'll realize that the girls my athletic friends were dating were looking for someone who has confidence, who was exciting and had a sense of humor. It was the qualities that came with being a jerk that girls like them with so much passion. Later in life (I assume you're young) that the jerks you see in highschool will grow up and realize that they matured. My friends went through the same experience, they were jerks in highschool with alot of dates, and now their decent people who still have the same amount of dates they had in highschool. Nothing changed with their personality, except they stopped being cruel, manipulative and hateful. They still retained the same confidence, their excitement and their sense of humor. That's how they manage to get girls attracted to them. However, you should know girls can not be generalize into one group with the same wants and needs. It's just so happen that alot of girls really like the athletic type.
But you're talking about athletic and nice guys, right? Because if your girlfriends like only the athletic type, they're very superficial.
