@couly: the core stuff is all the same, minus weapons not degrading, but from what i saw, It looks upgraded in so many ways. If you look at the two side by side, its a huge improvement for sure. Think skyrim vs oblivion. It looked 'the same' at first, but when you really look at them up close, very different.
I was lucky and happened across some European dudes gameplay vid of over an hour long earlier today. Its gone now. But damn did it look awesome! The environments look amazing! The graphics arent the best sure, but the art design is fantastic! at one point the player was in a more urban area, and theres all these buildings you can walk in, (taller buildings!) with the streets all cramped and destroyed, and the feral ghouls started showing up. And the way they charge at you is awesome. and your dog is such a BMF, holding people in place for you. And the vats slo-mo looks soooooo good, (it just works!) the player barely used it though. It looks like shooting is very solid now, they were picking shots left and right. Oh man. The excitement. Its everythings ive wanted so far. (minus the hardcore stuff being gone? that is sad. but the mods shouldnt take too long ;))
The settlements have happiness meters? Oh shnap! Will they be their own mini game similiar to the fallout vault ap???? so much excitement "decide the fate of the commonwealth" fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk my body is ready. Just take me now.
@93ChevyNut: I still think it is, and bethesda labled it 'live action' to mess with people after the complaints of the game graphics not being good. great way to say 'here you go jerks.' Maybe it is just various live footage composited together, but either way you are right, we live in an age where we dont know any more. Its kind of amazing.
