I am thinking that those who cover the industry are missing the point of why Mass Effect Fans were so upset. Casey Hudson said with multiple gaming sites that there won't be a "A B, or C Ending and that your decisions from previous games would make an impact in the final. We Didn't get that. Instead we got the A, B, or C ending with a slight difference between the 3.

I respectfully disagree with you Mr. Sinclair about Doom 3 not allowing you to use the flashlight and hold a gun at the same time. I understand that it adds to the tension but for me it breaks the atmosphere when a Space Marine who has spent years training and fighting that suddenly he can't use both gun and flashlight together. It just sounds and looks silly to me.

Where was all this Artistic integrity with Resident Evil 5 in terms of the controls. Never mind the fact it had no horror elements whats so ever but just focus on the controls. I remember members of the press blasting capcom for the decsion of sticking with the tank controls because in their words they felt that it added fear and tension not able to move and shoot. Despite the fact we just watched an cutscene doing just that a few minutes ago.

The mulitplayer is quite addicting and its pretty good. I really wasn't expecting much from it considering that the Mass Effect series has always been Single Player Focus.I hope its free but if not I hope it is being sold for a reasonable price like 5 dollars or something.

@colt_a But who is at fault? is it the consumer for continuing to buy even though they know its harmful to them or the company who is providing a service for as long as people continue to buy it.

I don't get it. People say that EA and Activision are so bad but continue to buy their products. If they are destorying the industry then why do willing consumers continue to buy them? I keep hearing how evil and bad they are but continue to see millions of copies sold for each respective companies. So there is an clear disconnect between those who hate them and those who still buy their games.

It seems to me based on the comments of the workers at gamespot perfered the major plot holes in the ending. Also Bioware isn't completely innocent in this after all they had to be feeling the same thing after deciding to go with the ending they went with. Besides the point they did an incomplete game and shame on you reviewers for not catching that or simple except it as it is. They wouldn't be changing it if they didn't think themselves could have done a much better job than that. Then again i do think this was all part of the plan. This is what Bioware wanted to do with those endings. To get people talking about it. Debating every scene and word said. Just check out there twitter feeds from the top devs and you will see for yourself. Also why the big insistence on April? They keep saying they will have more to tell in April. Maybe because they already had this in the works? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZOyeFvnhiI&feature=colike Hey gamespot take a look and open your eyes.

I don't think they those who voted for the petition seriously think the ending will be changed but I do believe that Bioware particularly did the endings like this on purpose. I am in the group of the ending sucks due to the fact that there are so many plot holes in them it makes it very difficult to make sense of it. Especially given how the first 2 games endings were. Mass Effect 3 is an awesome game but the ending kinda sucks all the wind out of it. Thats just my opinion. Also is kinda funny that Mr. Hudson said they made these endings because they wanted people to talk about it but i doubt they wanted people talking about it like this. I also think that this was part of the plan to sell us DLC that just so happen to explain the major plot holes in the ending.

I am giving them the benefit of a doubt. Even though we already know that both Natal and PlayStation Move is not geared toward us who comment here on Gamespot or any gaming website. This is all about taking that Wii audience and putting them on your side. I if Sony and Microsoft can take about 10% of the users who were thinking of getting a Wii then all this is would be all worth it. Its about taking away some that market share that Nintendo has gained. As for the games themselves I am not into this motion stuff because I am not ready to get rid of my controller. I mean that boxing game looks good but as the people already said majority of the games on the floor were in Alpha or Pre-Alpha build. So I am not going to rag on them for this.

DRM = Unable to play by consumers. Playable by pirates. NO DRM = Playable by consumers. Playable by Pirates. Not much change is it? I have been in so many situations where I had to download a crack for a game I PAID FOR just to get the chance to install it. DRM is the problem no questions ask. Also add to the fact that you can't Resell PC games anymore which is another problem within itself.
