Yes, the PS2 is dying...that $hit load of a game Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Zombie Ninja Pro-Am is living proof for the decay of the system's quality game development...so probably by 2009, it's over. By then, either get PS3 or XBOX 360. The Wii is a class of it's own...it's more of a party-family boardgame, but not on thesame levelof the other two.

One question for you all...what next-gen system you think might keep things interesting (as the PS2 did) for the next couple of years??? So far, IMO XBOX 360 it's doing pretty darn good.

Most of the games coming out right now for the PS2 are totally down on the retail value. They make a fuzz about them and then...oopss it smells like doody!! The best example to prove this point, the top of thecrummy-arse gamesitself: Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Ninja Pro-Am???!!! WTF???!!!! Who the heck gives the go for developing for such a poor crappy lackluster game??!! "this is game is intent is to suck" well to be honest, this game is far and beyond the word "suck" to describe how bad it is...it's an insult of a game.

Yes, we all know the PS2 livespan is going further down the spiral....Yes, we all know we're at the dawn of a new era of game consoles..... and YES, when brand new systems arrive, development teams,and all the invesments are working extra hard for those shiny consoles, needless to say they also push the marketing and the quality-standards on boththese next-gen systems and videogames as well...................but c'mon!! Sony knows PS2's are STILL getting sold like wild fire, why not go down with theDignity the damn system has EARNED and DESERVES!! Nintendo did the same to the GCube, but what's worse with nintendo, the developers only pushed the gamecube system a only couple of times, and when they did, awesome games came along...but they did it only a "couple" of times, and there goes the Gcube to the dumpster....that really SUCKS!...a promise totally broken!!

The PS2did push it's limits a whole lot of time,s with a whole array of good quality games...but it's going to that same darn phase....

the best way to deal with those annoying dudes, it's just igonring them...people don't like the fact that i diss MSG, but i love MANHUNT..what can i do??!! i like Manhunt, better than MSG! i find MSG boring that's it. what can i do?? play for years to come MSG until i find it great...impossible!!

So i just say what i say, and i go on my way...it's called OPINION. Without "opinion", there wouldnt be any gamespot in the first place.

Let's face it...Gamespot is Gamespot, sometimes they nail it with their reviews, sometimes is totally off...but usually if the game has that smell of or is being promoted as "this game is a hit" then they will review accordingly to that vibe. Again it's just a matter of tastes...GC is just a help icon when you are not that ready to buy a game.

You don't like games like Metal Gear Solid or Devil May Cry or Resident Evil 4 or God of War or Final Fantasy or ....etc etc etc! the list goes on and on...

is so obvious that we're all different people, therefore we all have different tastes. I love GTA, some or probably a lot of you, Hate the game, but that's fine, that's your opinion. No need to start a witch hunt on people who don't like the " Big Hit Mainstream" games...no need to start bickering over silly stuff as someone not liking Madden Football or because you diss Shadow of the Colossuss your a pin head! c'mon that's dumb!

Well..i knew i was gonna get blasted for not liking MGS and DMC...oh i forgot to mention, I don't like RPG's either! I like full frontal assault action, and i also like action/adventure kinda stuff. MANHUNT is a decent stealth game, HITMAN is an awesome stealth game and i like both for blending real well stealth, gore and action.
