There used to be so many arcade stores around where I lived, now there are none. Nowhere. It's sad, but I was basically going to arcades for the great games and graphics that i couldnt get at home, which I now can...so not that big of a deal.TheCrazed420

whatever, consoles are cheaper, have more epic games, and have the gmiicky games youd get at an arcade (i think HOTD4 is coming to the 360 with a new light gun )

We have a good sized arcade near here. It has House of the Dead 4, the new dancing game, and i think one other new machine.

it really is. the beta was a true successor to the halo 1 feel.

Face it, Bungie was rushed for Halo 2. They even admitted that.They arent for halo 3 not at all. (they said they finsihed the actually single player a good amount of months ago. Theyve been tweaking the game slihgtly and upgrading the graphics.

andyes believe it or not, the beta was not the final graphics. BUngie even said the graphics were already looking much better before the beta was even over. they never updated the beta in new content

Killzone tries to be Halo? They are very different games in terms of atmosphere and gameplay.

Killzone is a gritty, WWII-esque game focusing on realistic urban and trench combat. The weapons feel heavy and real, and the reloading is great.

Halo focuses on easy, fun gameplay that allows you to have a blast with friends in a more colorful, brightworld than KZ,fighting various aliens. It's more about that mad rush of excitement from running aorund shooting your friends rather than the realistic warfare of Killzone.

Two completely different directions, the only link being the genre.

I wouldnt call halo easy on anything above normal. Heroic is decently hard and legendary is very hard. The elites are jsut as strong as you and all the weapons can kill you as easy as in multiplayer (meaning its like 1 vs. 20 at a time in a way)

And the flood ant too colorful. Some of the meanest looking creatures in games.

Halo is very diversified, nice environments, "cold and mean environments", etc. But the art style tries to be cvery clean (how i like it)

Actually you're right it's the cows hyping obscure games using unknown sites and devs for back up. (cough, cough Wardevil)

which is kind of funny considering WarDevil is multiplatofrm and has a minor rumor never officially debunked that it was exclusive to the ps3. I wouldnt be suprised if this gamewas cancelled already

and anyways, this isnt being deved by ubisoft, its being deved by The United States

that really doesnt say very much....the PC version is good because its free....if it wasnt for that, it would just be a CS clone thats full of Bugs, and more Propaganda then Red Dawn.

The U.S. is funding it. It will be on the marketplace for free distribution as well as in stores as a hard copy for those without access to live.

the xbox didnt have a marketplace. there downloads were game specific. Its easier this gen with the 360 to do thattype of thing
