Now you're just generalizing. You're confusing same genre with same game. Just because it is a military FPS doesn't make it a COD copy, and just because it's a platformer doesn't make it an Uncharted copy. Super Smash Bros created it's own genre, and just because someone else is making another game within that genre doesn't make it the same game.
