wow...the first AAA exclusive of the year, and it's a wii game. I think no one saw this score coming (execpt maybe for the hardcore sheep).

anyway, great news for people that worried that their wii would get dusty untill brawl came.

I'll agree to that, but it wouldn't hurt to have a wii.

Okay, here's the deal. Sony had 3 goals for the PSP.

1) make UMD the successful format

2) beat the DS in sales

3) make a profit

#1 and #2 didn't happen, and I'm very doubtful about #3.

So after that Sony decided to go for taking a chunk out of the DS's sales.

sadly, the DS soon became the most successful and highest selling handheld console nintendo had ever made. Not only did the PSP fail to grab a chunk out of the DS's sales. But the DS actually made the handheld market GROW. The DS was more successful with compition then the GBC/GBA ever was without it.

The PSP failed to meet it's goals, that is the definition of a failure.  

I bought pokemon because it's a fun game...that's all there is to it.

The targeted audience for a game is not a reason to say a game sucks. if we use that logic, then 50 cent: bulletproof is also better then katamari and viva pinata.

If the game is fun, then true gamers shouldn't care if that game is aimed towards children/old people/goats/etc.

I've honestly stopped noticing graphics since the PS2, and I can live without online

The wii is my main console it just had for appealing game then then the 360 and PS3 IMO

but I'll probably end up getting a 360 by the end of the year.

VC comes out with 2-3 games a week. with at least one of those games making you go "HELLZ YEAH!"

You'd be lucky if XBLA releases 3 games a month. Plus, most of the games are just not interesting.

I'm not saying that XBLA is bad, it's just that VC simply DESTROYS it.
