[QUOTE="DrJohn"]

Has anyone with a slimline "PStwo" run into any problems copying their photos to the USB drive? I've had a problem copying photos to my Sandisk Cruzer 256MB USB drive, and I was wondering if it had anything to do with the version PS2 I have. Basically, here's the problem:

Once I enter the Photo Travel screen, and select the city, I take a photo. When the photo comes up, I press "start" to save the photo. Next, I choose "USB Storage Device" as the destination, and then select OK twice. Now, the progress bar comes up, and it says "now saving." Once it progresses about a sixth of the way, I get an error message (USB Storage Device is not connected). As I get the error message, the LED on my USB drive blinks a few times. This is really puzzling. I get the exact same result from both USB ports on my PS2.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the help.

i use a usb drive too and i have the slim line ps2. but i dont get those results. you might want to see if the drive you have is compatable with gt4. or maby it might have been something really simple like you did not push the stick all the way into the usb port. thats for you to figure out.

What USB drive are you using? I used a 256 MB Sandisk Cruzer USB 2.0 drive, and I tried both ports (with the flash drive pushed all the way in).

I don't see why Sandisk wouldn't be compatible, since it is one of the more popular flash memory companies out there, but you never know. When my roommate gets home, I'll try his Lexar USB drive.

Thanks for the reply.

Anyone else have this problem???
