First off, millenials are nearing 30. Some 22yr-old fresh college grad is not a millenial.

Second, everything needs to be reciprocal. If an unpaid internship will lead to a good-paying career, then obviously its worth doing. The problem is that employers have been abusing the "work unpaid for me now and i'll get you a good job after" - by saying that, but then not appearing with a job later. They'll make excuses as to why they aren't holding up their end of the promise, but at the end of the day, thats what it is. Think about how the employer will think if a customer says, "give me your product for free, and if its good enough, I'll come buy more". Yes, we have "samples", but "free" samples are being phased out too. In my industry samples cost about %20 of the full cost and has so many restrictions anyways.

Oh well.

I mean, I get its an older game but it still seems pretty populated. I guess the people who would've been here have moved on.

Il-2 is "better" game - it simply has more content. This game, however, is free. And is also easier to get into.

But Il-2 is a "sim" game, while this game is "arcade" game.

No matter what option I choose under "options" next to my games in "Games List", when I go to "save changes" nothing happens, the page just reloads.

For example, i'll go "Delete" beside a game, but I'll "Save Changes" and the page reloads - with the game still there.

I'm using Firefox with Windows Vista SP2.

First, good choice on morrowind, its a great game and there are still more mods coming out for morrowind than oblivion some weeks.

Try updating your video card drivers, and also update the game.

Just a final note: if i can do 100hours community service for a scholarship of 4k, or even 1k, I'd jump at the chance.

Finally, in response to a a random post about a family on $25k/year not being able to send their children to the Ivy League...

A friend of mine is at Cornell University (Ivy) and he has a scholarship and university bursaries. He'll be working to pay it off for a couple of years (not that long, really) but his marks were pretty avg for entrance. The thing about the Ivies is... if you're smart enough to get in, you WILL get in, economics be damned. His family isn't rich, but they help where they can.

I think a lot of you imagine community service as just running around picking up trash and such, which is what you see on tv.

However, here in Canada we already have to do community service, and this includes volunteering at hospitals, museums, community centers, infact, some people have jobs that qualify as community service, (in BC, at least) and most people I know have hundreds of hours of community service in Highschool. This includes service in Student Council, fundraising for band (if you're in band) or playing a gig at a Canada Day celebration. Its not hard to get community service hours. You might even like it!

I'm in college now, and it still seems really easy to get community service hours (if i wanted)

I'm in engineering, btw, so its not like i only have 1 class a day or something like the arts students...

It definately helps the community, btw

As far as I know, you need two cards to be exactly the same as each other for SLI to work, and even though these cards all have the same base, its very possible that XFX modified and/or added on to them so they're not the same.

I don't think RT will help with the fan speed. If you've reinstalled the drivers and that didn't work, and the drivers are the latest from Nvidia, then theres probably hardware damage to the card. If its just the fan (dunno why it wouldn't be the whole card, but damage can be random) then you can just find some external way of cooling the fan.

I would reccommend taking it to a local computer shop and having them take a look, regardless of your fan working or not.

I'm guessing you've got a Dell E1705? or 9600? You're not the only one who's got troubles with the 7900GS.
