Since the first Playstation, I have always been "A Sony fan boy" but I have to say that the Xbox 360 is a "annoyingly" good console lol. At the moment the Playstation has the Hardware and "Potential" to become the best machine but the 360 at present has the games lol. The only good game I see at the moment on the Playstation 3 is "Resistance: Fall of Man" but "Gears of War" does woop that on graphics and gameplay but what people dont realise is the fact that release titles will always be pants. However this has always been what happens to Sony. The release of the console, alot of bad mouthin lol. Then Sony comes out in number one possition. This time though Sony has mucked around abit with release dates and etc but making a mahine with all those things built in will take time. What I dont like however about Microsoft in the games industry is the fact that instead of finding there own games developers. They have to "buy" the rights to release Sony's games onto the Xbox. With the 360 however, because Sony has taken a long time to bring out there console, exclusive sony games have moved over too the 360. Also people keep ranting about how the PS3 has problems and that the console is crap "graphics wise" but to be honest. When the 360 came out it had it's far share of problems and some people dont realise that some games will be crap "graphically" because there playing a game which is just crap graphically and thats the problem with Sony's PS3. Who will be bothered to spend the time and money to produce games which use the Playstations abilities? All this "Real-Time" and "Real physics" cant be programmed by Bob on Pascal now can it? Anyways I'm going to get a Playstation 3 just because I know that it has more potential then the 360 even though the 360 is a good console. The playstation 3 has a much better interface then the 360 however and can play pretty much anything which comes in disc form. Its remarkable how much is in that cool black box of Sony. PS. Microsoft had $38 billion to design the 360. Sony had $5 billion and somehow the PS3 is far better then the 360 in potential...Not alot of people know that lol
