I have had 2 Xbox 360s. One since launch that lasted way up into 2008 and the only reason I don't have it is because I bought a elite. The elite is still running strong from some time in January-April (I cant remeber) till now. Each of these consoles were on for more then 10 hours at a time continuously and were left on over night all the time downloading. I honestly don't see the problem everybody has. Maybe I'm just lucky or maybe I'm taking care of them properly I don't know. I can tell you though there is a huge difference in noise and heat reduction from the pro to the elite and maybe that's why alot of you are still having problems.

Somebody hasn't seen the old climb maps that Counter-Strike use to have, platforming at it's best. You can do anything on the pc it just depends on the person's imagination.
You cant just narrow it down to one thing. It involves sales, games, exclusives, online capabilities, console features and the list goes on. Honestly how can you call a system a winner that sells really well and has no games or a console who has tons of games and hasn't sold 1 machine you just cant limit it to one category.
Metal Gear Solid 4, Grand Theft Auto 4, Fable 2 and Saints Row 2 are probably the most notable. Still to see is Gears of War 2, Little Big planet, Far Cry 2 (Tomorrow I will be picking it up), Fall Out 3 and Resistance 2. I cant think of anything else right now and this list only satisfies games that I really found good. I could go on and list atleast 20 more if I had the time but il leave it at this.
Ps3 doesn't get much play time for me execpt for Metal Gear Solid 4 and Metal Gear Online. All of the multiplats go to my 360 for acheivements and superior online. After playing MGO and having to run through all the hoops of making accounts to just play online to only find out nobody ever has mics, Id rather just buy my multiplayer games for the 360. Although Little Big Planet and Resistance 2 looks amazing I hope they can change my mind.
O well I was hoping fable was going to get AAA since I fell in love with the first one but I honestly dont care. I will still be at the store regardless in 1 hour to pick it up :). Flop or not its going to be a good game.
Wow wouldn't that be awesome. After waiting for a port to the 360 for months and finally just buying a ps3 (5 days ago) to finish the Metal Gear Solid Saga this happens. I guess at least other people will be able to enjoy such a fine game though, which makes up for it in the long run.
I will admit when it came out I refused to pay the price for it, especially with the lack of games and bad press. Although now I recently purchased one after waiting for the price to fall and I have to say im quite dissapointed. Beside Metal Gear Solid 4 nothing really stands out.
I'm proud to say that after buying a ps3 finally and playing Metal Gear Solid 4, it is the greatest game I have ever played. I cant even play anything else without comparing it back to Metal Gear. For me its easily one of the greatest games of all time, if not the greatest. Everything in the game was perfect, nothing was wrong.
