@Djon: why take on the risk of a new IP when we can just remake a "classic" and have indefinite cash return. People need to stop buying the same games twice, and only then will Devs stop this madness.
The Witcher has their remastered versions release but their current customers who already own the game get a free upgrade. That's how it is done. Sadly very few does that.
@Mercaptan: I agree. I have to watch their videos on youtube because it's unwatchable on their site. And they use it so that they make the money instead of youtube...ironic.
No matter how much i loved a game, i would never purchase it twice...even if it looks a little shiner as "Remastered". It's just a money grab and the same people who purchase all the DLC that should be included in games eat this remastered stuff up too.
I am calling BS on this. The games been out for almost a week and yet no reviews anywhere. EA has bought them off to hold up the review. I know that they got the game day of release but it takes 5 hours to figure out how EA #%@$ed us.
region trading could be done in single player through AI cities and other cities that one user creates. What a bunch of BS.
I won't purchase this game and it saddens me greatly because i loved Simcity 4 and truely thought that this would be the next best one. Big disappointment when i heard always on drm and no single player sandbox.
This dev is by far the best out there in terms of providing quality. The game was good and it came with so much stuff (like a collectors edition would) all for the same price. Then the enhanced version for free. Sadly there are very few devs out there like these guys anymore.
