I've got the money to buy it on PS3 but With £8 i could get plenty of other things including a whole new game so is it worth the money

to get clothes you must find stars but its pot luck wheather the stars you find get you clothes or something else

No , but there is no reason for one,you do have a garage where you can look through your cars and pimp them
