Oh yea forgot to say the motion blur is enabled when you set definition to off in your graphics settings, easy way to control in case it gets annoying, make sure you unzip the correct shaders into your common/shaders directory, he also released a newer one which is out of beta that you can check out here: RealityIV 2.15

Alright luckily got the processor I ordered last week came in the mail yesterday and after numerous more tweaks I finally got it running smooth and looking decent on my old dell laptop :P

Before tweaks there were still major stuttering issues even with my updgrade (1.8-2.4 Dual Core) and I found that the speedstep driver on the processor was another main cause of this issue, for those with intel processors still having speed issues I suggest making sure that is turned off by looking at your BIOS settings. After that it ran much smoother with no sudden choking. Issues like this explain why most people need ridiculously high system requirements to run the game smoothly straight out of the box.

If you think about it doesn't make any sense why a weaker PSP can play a downgraded version of GTA while faster PC's with min. requirements can barely play it at all on a similar resolution without adjusting for the numerous errors, it really was a lazy pc port but nonetheless a sweet game after the tweaks and graphic enhancements are applied.

lol its finally semi-recordable and you can check out a video of the some gameplay below, appears slow but framerate is finally near constant and much smoother in the actual game, enjoy!

lol it works, looked like garbage when I first got it but now but after tweaks it looks tons better and runs better, also should run fine at these settings once I updgrade the processor so i'm not worried about it at all, no overheating problems either :P (GPU ~60-70 C CPU 50 C)

Also @Dakan45 the grains might from the rain but I think its the car pack because most of the models don't do this at all even at lower settings.

@Teh_Can: NICE Dude!

ENB Series is good but I heard it was very demanding unless you have a quad core CPU, RealityIV seemed easier to install and has more balanced effects without the performance hit so I decided to install that instead. If u have a really good computer it prolly wouldn't mattter either way.

Heres another good video that also shows its potential, some pop-in errors but still good quality and performance.

Better Render on higher settings, still noticed the shadows is what killed fps the most everything else not much at all.

Not bad for min. requirement PC xD

Yea the I had antialiasing set to off to some of the background looks jagged but the motion blur while driving makes it look soo amazing, when I first got this game it looked like absolute garbage and had to tweak the hell out of it just to get it to run at a half decent fps (10-15) should be able to play at least 25-30 fps once I get my new processor. One of things that helped me was turning off the CUDA processor on my GPU settings, this makes the game send all of the physics calculations to the processor instead of overloading my already old graphics card. Since the mods already add pretty decent shadows to the game I also set those to off and you can't really even tell the difference, it slows the whole game down tremendously with it on, vsynch on also helps a little, and if still running slow setting your GPU to preformance settings and then cranking up the graphics in game also helps (along with defragging your directory with contig.exe). You should be able to play it fine with your specs and the motion blur from realityIV while driving makes it epic :)

[QUOTE="Head_of_games"]Guys, PLEASE support this game! Unless you completely hate it or aren't allowed too, you should purchase Madworld. I mean, let's say that Jason is right and it doesn't deserve a nine. Well none the less the game is awesome and deserves no lower than an eight, and if you are going to buy a game please buy this one so that devs see that Wii games of any amount of "hardcore"-ness can succeed. GabuEx

Eh, to be honest it doesn't look that interesting to me. It might be amusing for a little while, but I personally can do without a game featuring things such as rectal impalement. :P

I've never quite understood the cries that I've seen repeatedly that everyone must buy MadWorld because otherwise it'll be casual games forever on the Wii. If MadWorld isn't the particular kind of game I'd like to see more of, it would seem rather strange for me to buy it to encourage devs to make more.

just can it
