on xbox 360 you can download game add ons. they are usally $8 or $4. in re5 there is battle mode where you fight eachother, or see who can get the most points in mercinaries mode, and other stuff. in other games, game add ons usally give it a extra level in the game or more multiplayer maps. P.S. battle mode came out today. also you have to have online to get the stuff, and on ps3 its probably on the playstation network.
