I think yes you should play the Uncharted 1 before you play uncharted 2, that way you know the characters more and otherwise enjoy 2 great games.

Fallout 3, Final Fantasy VII, X, XIII(when it comes out) If you have a 360, Mass Effect 1 and 2, Dragon age origins, and uh that's all I can think of at the moment.

I have no interest in Resonance of Fate, and I hope that Final Fantasy XIII isn't disapointing, I read a review for it and they said the story wasn't as engaging as others and I don't like the fact that there apparently aren't any side quest or towns to explore.

Hard to say, there are so many good villians I can think of, but probably the best villian in my opinion has got to be the Joker. Especially when Mark Hamill talks for him.
