Well its about £700 so not good
On ebay there are computer shop that sell computers 5 times better than that for the same price.
For example my comuter has the following

6.6Ghz

4Gb DDR ram

2Gb graphics card

400gb hard drive

And many other awesome specs for £400 Which about $800 dollars

zeus_gb

I very much doubt that.

Playable demo was running on a 8800 Ultra I think. Devs say the game will be scalable enough to run on 2 year old high end machines (which means dual core CPU, mid range DX9 GPU, and 2 gigs of ram). Don't expect high graphics settings, but it will be playable on that machine.

I think there is a good change the resolutions you listed will be playable.

will it run with only 1 gb of ram? and with those specs i can run bioshock on high with no problem with a least 40 FPS without lags and with only 1 gb of ram...

I read a few tech reviews stating that Bioshock would load but was not playable with 1 gig of ram. (And the rest of the rig was nicer than the specs listed.) I severely doubt crysis will run with 1 gig.
