Indians are no more solely represented by Apu than fathers in a family household are represented by Homer Simpson. That first tweet in the article is ridiculous.

The show is filled to the brim with white stereotypes, as are shows like Family Guy, and that's okay. But when there's one stereotype of a different culture or group, suddenly it's offensive and insensitive and...it's double standard BS and proves how much hypocrisy fills out society. Don't like it, don't watch.

When Anthem fails Bioware will be closing its doors. I can only hope that, like a lot of people from companies they've had to leave from, some of the core RPG talent from their glory days band together to create a new company dedicated to story driven RPGs. Bioware has the talent, but EA destroys everything they touch.

@kachal: If you spend money on tickets to a sporting event, and you hassle other people or perform actions that hamper other people's fun, security removes you, and they have a right to, regardless of how much you paid. Your fun should not be hampering another person's fun, for they too spent money on it. Difference is they aren't being a problem.

That excuse just doesn't work. Not that I don't agree this is a waste of time on Blizzard's part. What makes the game unbearable is not toxicity, it's the lack of brain cells the playerbase has. And that's something that Blizzard can't change. It's not worth them spending resources on it instead of new maps and characters and game balance.
