Solved my problem too. Why did this all of a sudden start happening? I've been using Firefox with ABP and Gamespot for years, and this problem just started yesterday.

Jody, I believe you should reveal how long people have to watch live broadcasts to receive an emblem. Using me as an example, my wireless connection is not the most stable--it cuts out once in a while without any reason. If I am about to do something very important online, I make sure to pull the ethernet cable from my Xbox 360 and connect it to my computer so I have a more stable connection. If you revealed how long the timer is for someone to earn an emblem for watching a live feed, the amount of complaints and concerns would decrease, and most important of all, it would let the emblem lovers take the necessary steps to prepare themselves from not being cut out from a live stream. That's all that I have to say, and I sincerely hope you consider my words.Philz20I think divulging the amount of time needed to get "credit" for watching live shows would be a bad idea. It's not supposed to be about getting emblems, it's supposed to be about enjoying the content and participating in the site.
sorry to say this Jody but you are wrong, there was glitches with the website during the conferences, the Sony one was the biggest problem, player didn't start so we (yes we, cause there are more, not only me) couldn't watch it only after 10-15 minutes, so maybe that's why we didn't get the emblems ... if you need proof i recorded my desktop to show the bugs ...-DaNuTz-Despite tuning in 10-15 minutes late to the Sony conference for the same reason, I still got the emblem, so that wasn't the issue.
For the ones complaining about not having E3 emblems, Jody clearly stated that there were no glitches, so you obviously didn't watch the LIVE feeds long enough for GS to register it. I watched all three conferences live and I got the respective emblems the very next day for each one (eg. I had the MS emblem before the Sony and Nintendo conferences even occurred). I also streamed the GameSpot coverage LIVE all three days and received my special "Zealot" emblem sometime today or yesterday. I'm not trying to brag, just showing you that the system worked fine for me. And by the way, I'm on the East Coast, just in case you think only Pacific Timers got credited.
Again, for those complaining about not receiving the E3 emblem(s) they thought they should have gotten, are you sure you watched the coverage LIVE, and for an extended period of time? I doubt it.
[QUOTE="ClayMeow"]I support most of those suggestions. Great job! Why only most, and not all? Well, I think at times you were focusing on separating yourself from gamespot rather than integrating. For example, I don't think Gamespot wants you to get rid of their "double navigation bar" as you call it.Sentinelrv
I asked Greg if this would be impossible, and he said that it could probably be done. I'm not sure about all unions though. We can hope.
Also, I'm not sure if you considered the ability to have co-leaders in your suggestion about being able to set permissions, but if not, I'd suggest that ability as well.

With the advanced permissions system, you don't need to set somebody as the co-leader. You would just give them all of the permissions that you as a leader have, with the exception of changing the permissions that is, and whatever else you set.
Cool, well 100% supported from me then :)Also, I'm not sure if you considered the ability to have co-leaders in your suggestion about being able to set permissions, but if not, I'd suggest that ability as well.
