@liononzion For developers used games is like piracy, they don't receive anything from them. Also, not everyone will jump into piracy because they have to pay \$5/\$10 more (difference between used and new).
@WCK619 Authors, filmmakers, and musicians would do the same if they could, but they can't do it. Anyway, they are very please that all is going digital. Next gen games will not be able to go only digital because of the size of them, too big for some folks to download it.
For those who want buy used games and give all their money to Gamestop, next time you want someone to create a new game, just ask Gamestop to develop it.
@Wormkid_64 Games are entertainment, you buy the experience of playing it. You can sell the disc, but you can't sell the experience itself. Try to sell YOUR smartphone/tablet/PC games.
@Addizzle So, then lets put this way: "it shows there is healthy demand for games in the industry" but the industry is getting ZERO/NADA/NOTHING from that.
