I would say Wipeout was the better game. I loved F-Zero, but Wipeout was just mroe fun. And the music in Wipeout was definetly much better than that in F-Zero.

I seriously doubt you actually played it. You;re just trying to be negative about the PS3 and dressing it up as being an objective viewpoint, when, really, it's incredibly obvious that it's anything but objective.

I really want wait for the PSP version. It looks amazing! I'm in Ireland and Square Enix HATE Europe, so we never got FF Tactics. But, I'm hoping they'll release FFT: The Lion War over here and even if they don't. I can always get it from the US.

I'm currently playing FFXII (came out two fridays ago in Europe) and so far I have clocked up 45 hours. I'm currently at Mt. Bur-Omisace, but I haven't done the story part there yet, I'm just monster hunting at the moment.

Judges ftw!

I think FFVII has the best soundtrack, but FFVIII is a very close second. I loved FFX's soundtrack too. Uematsu is a genius! I'm really liking FFXII's soundtrack too!

[QUOTE="CitizenGeek"]I don;t how Zelda keeps winning these things when Final Fantasy IS more popular. I guess FF fans don;t bother with stuff like this.Sensui1986
FF only sells more then Zelda because there are more PS owners then there are N64/Wii owners. Zelda is by far more popular and respected. Not only on consoles but also on handhelds.

Nope, that's wrong. Final Fantasy is much more popular than Zelda, regardless of the fact it's on a more popular console. FF is the 3rd best selling franchise of all time, there are lots more FF fansites than Zelda fansites and even a quick trip to MySpace will show that thousands of people have their profiles dedicated to FF, while only very, very few even mention Zelda in theirs.

Yeah, Metroid Prime is a pretty poor seller as a matter of fact.

[QUOTE="fuzzysquash"]Sales-wise, the PS3 is at about 2 million, and it hasn't launched in Europe yet. So it's doing fine, but not phenomenal like the Wii.The_G00se
The Wii has dried up though.... it's not a gaming system that's going to competitive in the long run.

Yes, I agree. And I think the PS3 is doing just fine.

Easily Final Fantasy. It's odd that Zelda is beating FF, when FF always sells so much more than Zelda.
