Yeah, Serious Sam is a must play when it comes to coop games. and the coop mode of Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is great too.

recently i'v found Ghost Recon Advanced Warfigher 2 a very worth playing game, but i'm not sure if you like its slow pace. if not, Rainbow Six Vegas seems better.

for 300 bucks, an 8800 GTS 320MB is the best buy.
