I think it's a prettier version of Halo 2. Lighting and texturing is improved, but geometrically everything is pretty much the same. And it plays just like Halo 2. I don't mind either, I don't want anything like GoW multiplayer, which is so slow and glitchy I don't care how good it looks. And as is the case with all games, the prettiest stuff is saved for the single player. If anyone out there is actually interested in playing it. The controller configuration takes some getting used to after 3000 games of Halo 2. It sounds better too. The maps are very good too. Someone bring back that massive ice map from Halo 1. Actually, just bring all the maps from Halo 1 and 2 back, and make 15 new ones. And do it now because I'm not paying Bungie any more money than the cost of the STANDARD version of the game, I don't care what the additional content is. And that's real.
