I'm starting to wonder......is there a gun control issue because 'murica doesn't know how to use them properly or are guns actually forcing us to kill each other?

I used to shoot the hell out of thugs in Hogan's Alley and I can't even count how many ducks I've murdered. I haven't shot anyone.......yet
