Haha, This doesn't mean anything. Not duh Intel is going to back Freesync. Freesync needs to go through the cpu which is what intel sells. G-sync on the other hand goes from the graphics card directly to the monitor.

@b4x: My system doesn't have a single part that was made by Microsoft. Just because I use the OS doesn't mean the platform is owned by Microsoft.They don't make any money from me buying games on PC. That's like saying the Xbone is owned by Sony because every Xbone has a blue-ray player in it.

i still have the 40GB fat PS3 (although it was a launch console), but it never overheated my machine (in fact, no game has ever overheated my machine).

maybe you don't vacuum your PS3. i do it fairly regulary.

also, LOL early adopter. people never learn, do they? early launch games always suck the most, too.

I don't, but the demo is the only game i've ever have it over heat on.I can play Mortal Kombat without any problems. I've even tried having an industrial fan blow on it and it still over heated on the demo . And its a quick over heat too, with in the first 10-15 min of playing my ps3 beeps 3 times and shuts off.I guess I can try vacuum it, but i doubt it will help.

Yeah never again, will I buy a console at launch. I'm actually thinking of sticking to the PC next gen seeing as it cheaper.
