@Dradeeus Actually, they weren't because this is exactly the same as someone playing a copyrighted song on their guitar in front of a store and taking donations. If you can't get in trouble for that then why are lawyers allowed to do anything here?

@silvergol @BrokutheMighty You can't say the Gamecube had the GBA and DS because you're adding three different consoles, all of which are from different generations, sales together. If you are doing that then Sony is allowed to add their PS2 sales to the PS3. Which would put them well over any of their competitors of this generation.
