That's quite common where I live. It's -31 today and it goes up to like -40 very often. I guess that happens when you live in a cold place for too long. :P I am used to it but it is horrible. I would still go to school, I never take days off for it being too cold. I love snow days though. :P
Video games are far from reality. I've attempted something violent once that I had seen on television and it was quite terrifying, my heart raced so fast. In video games, it's just a game, nothing more. They don't make people violent.
Do what I always did. In my mechanics class, someone kept on picking on me and calling me a witch so I hit him with a tire iron. He sure shut up after that but thankfully he didn't call the police or anything. Tell your parents, they always know the best answer.
