And I'd prolly consider leading 2 unions, but atm I only lead one.

As for making your designing union stand out uas, that's pretty hard to do, I'm not sure I have an answer to that one. With the union system the way it is now, it's pretty hard to make any union stand out and get some attention...

This is really starting to stifle activity on the board. It's ok to have new topics being created, that's actually a good thing. Yes, this could be posted in the "Do you need help" thread, but for more serious union leaders they've often tried a lot of the common tips by now. So for more specific in-depth help, having a separate thread for it works out well.

@uas For your designing union, I didn't actually go to it so I don't know what you already do, but themed sig, avatar, banner, etc. contests (and even tournaments, if you get enough people to sign up) are good, try to be creative with the requirements. Like, you have to use this stock, or this brush set... or you can use whatever tools you want, but use cool colors, etc.

Ok, lets ignore the fact that GS might be doing union awards this year for now, maybe they will and maybe they won't.

But let's get this planned out, one step at a time:

1) We need a final list of awards.

2) We need to decide the voting rules...

3) ...and how long to spend on each part of the voting: the nominations, and the finals.

So, first things first. This is the full list that's been suggested in the thread, should any be taken out/any new ones added?
