face it, creativity is being replace with casual 15 minute waggling of a stick emulating a rudimentary, mundane or everyday task that is also meant to symbolize "fun". Apparently humans have devolved to the state where recreation involves previous necessities being emulated into a plastic experience where everything is safe, family friendly and simple enough for the family dog to accomplish.
Sooner or later humans will loose their ability to think through Darwin's theory of evolution. We simply will no longer need to be creative, imaginative, funny, smart, have redeming features because society only demands that we cand type 30 words a minute and answer multiple choice questions with only the answers : Strongly agree, agree, Neither here nor there, Disagree, Strongly Disagree.
In short the guitar is a dying relic of an era when so called democracy was not set on a path towards destruction thanks to low expectations and ignorance of the middle class in the west, over-confideence and corruption in the upper class and under-confidence and bad press for the lower class.

Utter pseudo-philosophical nonsense.
As for the whole Rock Band,Guitar hero question. If people are havin fun with the thing, then whats the problem? Its just a pity all the equipment needed for these games is so expensive. Also,Im sure Guitar Hero and the like have provided a stepping stone for some people to actually go on and learn a proper instrument. But some people just plain dont have the time for this(as stated in previous posts),and others are just having too much fun with the game itself.
[QUOTE="Delro333"]Favorite Holy **** moment was in BioShock when you just start to enter the world of Rapture. Something so new to a game's atmosphere, amazing in my opinion.mattg90520
i agree. this was an awesome moment, seeing rapture for the first time. i love the entire city.
Same here.Especially the part where your in fort frolic and Sander Cohen suddenly flips out at you and sends an army of splicers to get you,all to the tune of tchaikovsky's 'Waltz of the Flowers'.Tis quality.I thought the sniper section of COD 4 was also pretty sweet.
[QUOTE="SuperBeast"][QUOTE="oOoOoGibboOoOoO"]being honest this is just stupid before he started voice acting he should of just asked how much would he get in the end
jstarzyk
He knew exactly how much he would get. Then he probably read a few articles talking about how much Rockstar is making and decided he wanted some. $100k for 15 months is damn good money, plus all of the publicity is priceless.
Plus, what the company makes is of no consequence to him. He contracted for 100k. If he had wanted more, he should have bargained for it. If more was not available, then Rockstar could have contracted someone else. If the game had sold only one copy, he still would have made his 100k!I completely agree with this guy.If he was contracted for 100,000,well then thats all he should get.Whether the game is succesful or not should have nothing to do with it.
