@rabidgiantsr: Honestly, the moral part of me definitely agrees with you, but I also think there are many movies, games, books and other pieces of art in the world that are just as questionable as this that we accept because we understand that as disgusting as they can be... we can't just treat fiction as reality.
Gotta say, whether or not the narrative is as "uninspired" as you say, characters are what carry narratives. And thus I will not be able to empathize with this part of your review xD
@traptedmind: Can we at least wait till it's reviewed to make these dumb jokes? Like i get that it's unlikely to succeed but I'd really rather hope for decent competition in this space.
Seems like a simple enough line to understand, frankly. You see it all the time. The bigger people get, the more you see their flaws. The more flaws people see, the more they forget about the good that those people have done.
@gaeandilth: ? Dude, the people who loved it loved it. You can hate on those people all you want, but the fact remains that for them it was an amazing experience.
I would probably have not purchased this had it come to only switch due to having played the original and not being up for another 30 fps or under run xD I loved the game but I just don't have it in my heart to play sub par performance multiple times.
Knowing I'll be able to play this game smooth as butter on my pc makes the idea of experiencing all the new features veeeery exciting.
It's just the way it was meant to be. They delayed it so many times that there was no way I could ever possibly take it seriously. The ridiculous comments by ubisoft calling it a AAAA game just drove me away all the more quickly.
I'm not a doom and gloom gamer like many seem to have become. I fucking love many modern games. But if you want to pick an example of true modern garbage... here it is!
