True Interracial marriages / relationships are common in United States .Thats one of the reasons i prefer united States over Japan . Can't say same about Japan tho as i never saw any japanese celebrity or girls mixing with anyone outside .

But Yeah japanese Girls are very cute .

indzman

yeah and like I said, its not racism. Its not a bad thing.

Its just, Ive been to Japan. My sister lived there for three years. And not once did I or she see a single interacial couple or child. There were Japanese...and there were non-Japanese.

Its just their culture. Gotta accept it...I guess.

Yeah , Japanese people love to keep to themselves and stick to thier own culture ( good for them i say ) . Japanese refers to anyone from outside as Gaijin .

Gaijin has a negative connotation to it now so many Japanese tend to use the word gaikokujin which is a much more polite way of saying "foreigner."

Gaijin can be translated as "alien" or "outside person" while gaikokujin means "foreign-country person."

The money or flight. Ageless would get really boring after awhile - especially if everyone you knew just died while you'd still be alive.

Inconsistancy

You can always kill yourself when you get bored.

...I suppose that's one way of ending boredom.

Oh that's a shame as I used to talk to one of their CEO's who developed and popularized the simple but brilliant idea of actually publishing manga in America to read the Japanese way of right to left. It's a pity they were so bad about paying their translators though so I guess it was kind of a hint of future trouble.

Lord_Daemon

That was one of the main criticisms of Tokyopop right? Some people complained about the quality of their translations...

Wow. You know your stuff! Thanks. Very informative.

"A Song of Ice and Fire" sounds more appealing by the minute.

Everything I've read so far including manga has been aimed at teenagers. My tastes have changed so I do want to try reading something darker and more adult.

you have the same problem as me the problem is you have become decencitised to Tv meaning your brain is able to decern between TV and reality so therefore nothing on the screen could scare you becasue subconsiously you know its not real

i dont know what to reccomend besides try a japanese horror like the grudge or the ring (not the US version)

scilence of the lambs perhaps

try sometimg international US horror moives seem to just be about blood and gore and pop outs

you need to find a mental horror that plays with your mind not your stomach torture is disturbing, not scary

glassfish8

I also have the same problem. The only things that seem to scare me these days are horror games. Wish I could play Amnesia...

Sealed copy of the original Tenchu for a $0.01 and a sealed copy of the sequel for $1.

About a year ago, I managed to snag a sealed copy of the Legend of Zelda OOT/Master Quest disc for $20.

Perfect copy of FFVII (complete, original case with no cracks-didn't even have shelf wear, discs were flawless) for around $40.
