In need of a new GPU.

My Specs:

-Asus A8V-E Deluxe K8T890 Skt 939, Athlon 64 FX/Athlon 64 DDR400 ATX MB

-(939-pin) AMDTM ATHLONTM64 4000+ CPU (My prior CPU was a 64 3000+)

-2x 512MB KINGSTON PC3200 + 2x 1GB KINGSTON PC3200 = 3GB DDR (At 400 MHz)

-NVIDIA Geforce 6800 256MB 16X PCI EXPRESS VIDEO CARD

-350-Watt Power Supply

I have no more room for RAM. What should I upgrade?

My Motherboard does not support AM2.

Does my Motherboard suport DirectX 10? Can I go high than 256MB for a GPU? And what about DDR3, will it work?

Can someone/somebody please point me in the right direction, preferably a Graphics Card on Tigerdirect.ca.
