To those who may concern,

We appreciate your concerns about our name of “Assassins 4 Kids” and questioning the coincidence of our Assassin’s Creed Video Game Charity and the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy.

We are deeply sadden by the tragic event that occurred and we truly send our condolences to all who affected by this tragedy, especially the families who have lost their love ones. Please understand that we did not intend to have any offense or relation to what happen. We have been known last year as “Assassins 4 Kids” from our twitter account to have an Assassin’s Creed Video Game related name that would interest the vast fan base that is from Ubisoft’s prized game series, called Assassin’s Creed.

Our objective for this charity is to continue hosting a charity event that all donations will fund games, books, toys, etc. to distract kids from the negative experiences of staying in the hospital. All donations go through our non-profitable charity organization, called Child’s Play. Child’s Play Charity funds all children’s hospitals around the world with all game related donations. Last year, Child’s Play collected over 3 million dollars for the cause. We as Assassins 4 Kids have contributed to that donation by collecting $1,400. Currently, we have done very well and collected over $1,600 and it is still building up.

Thank you for reading our concerns and we will continue to share our sympathies to those affected by the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy.

Sincerely,

Assassins 4 Kids

Participants of the Assassin’s Creed Marathon
