Seriously, stop it. The rules are clear. 2 posts per hour about what you're listening to. You can discuss with others as long as it's meaningful. I really don't know what else I can say.
you can post your song (and optionally something about it) twice an hour. You can comment on others as much as you want, if it's productive. But you can't post more than 2 of your own songs per hour, even if you're being productive.

More than likely the way the server's been programmed, to reroute you to the clan (or whatever's) other servers, that generally are empty. GSR does that a lot for DoD 1.3
