Haven't played CS for years, but I have nothing but good memories(all the screaming included) when it comes to CS.

The main thing is that EA or bioware or someone wants mass effect to be a new sci-fi universe and a huge IP, like warhammer 40000 or star wars, and the problem in my eyes is that ME started as a game and shouldn't evolve like this in the middle of the damn games. I'm not really concerned that much about missing out but I have to admit that for a game that focuses much on story I felt a tad confused during much of ME3s dialog even after playing 1 & 2.

@Skilnes I have to agree, never felt anything for that trailer but I actually really enjoyed the game.

Saw the old republic trailer on tv recently and just shook my head, but as many others have already stated a trailer seldom has any real connection to the gameplay, but that's common knowledge in the gaming community (I hope) so those that can suffer from it may be the casual gamers. But if a trailer is done more as a form of art or short movie and not a direct marketing hype it's always nice with a well done trailer with lots of non gameplay footage. I sometimes just check old trailers from years back just because they're entertaining, the mark of chaos trailer is a personal favorite even if the game was sort of @ss. The bottom line is that all products get hype of some sort, it's called marketing and there isn't really anything wrong with it.

@Barazon @bonander I know she's in the game. But because the game for some reason thinks she died during my ME2 playthrough she didn't appear. Being a game that prides its self on choices I can't see why Bioware couldn't have fixed such mayor bugs prior to release, I would sort of understand if I had imported my ME2 files but I didn't. I know it may seem like a small thing to be frustrated about with a game, but seeing as the characters were the bigger pull for me I was pretty mad about my favorite character not appearing because of a bug.

There's allot of things wrong with mass effect 3, but the one thing that really made me angry was when the game was over and Jack still hadn't shown. The one character that made ME2 in to a good game didn't show ?....... and yes I know about why, but that doesn't make sense seeing as Jack made it through my ME2 playthrough and I didn't even import the ME2 data. Oooh, I'm steaming good Sir.

Sure I think people that make hate posts are yerks but if they're like that then that's their thing and their right to be, and any one with a bit of brainpower should realize that the extremes of any community is always in minority. It's just the same thing in with every "hobby group" people that own a car they like suddenly fiercely hate the car maker for making the next incorporation less powerful, it has nothing with this owner entitlement thing to do it's just some people letting of some steam in a drama queen, b1tchy manner. And if you really want to kill someone over skipable action scenes in games, then my dear child you have some issues you need to deal with.

Have never really liked the action segments of ME, and from what it looks like this wont change that. Still getting it day one thou, just don't think the action parts are that good compared to other games.

Must say that smiting is most likely my favorite skill, as soon as you get to some of the more exclusive mines all your armor, weapon and money problems are just no more :D

I care because, better conditions = happier workers = better games. You can actually feel when the game makers have made a game they're really proud of and that they loved making.
