@P00DGE: It just seems to me that he hasn't realized that extra weapons add to the weight limit even when you're not using them. A lot of people assume only your current weapon adds weight.
Either that or he doesn't really dodge at all (which seems quite likely), at which point it doesn't matter if you're high on weight as long as it's under the limit.
Heavy armor, shield-wearing mage has always been one of the best ways to make these games easy mode. You don't need to learn dodge timings, you just hide behind the shield. If you happen to take damage it's heavily reduced, and you can just keep range and blast away with spells. People complaining about this build are the same people that insist other people are "playing it wrong".
How many times have you wheeled out this list over the last 2-3 years now ? The fact that you gave a game a 10 is no longer an uncommon event, You're only coming off as pretentious (or at worst greedy), so just stop it. Please, for the love of god, stop.
So, this is how you get end-game loot, but where's the content where you're supposed to use it ? Sure, you have that one daily mission that probably needs better loot, but that's it ?
All I remember from playing GTA5 when it first came out was being incredibly disappointed about how empty and dull it was. Sure, they did a great job at creating this big city and everything, but compared to games like Far Cry or Saint's Row there's just this immense lack of interesting events and activities.
