Obviously it's not worth the investment unless you have money to burn and love to brag, but the article said as much. I thought it was an entertaining read, I don't understand why people are complaining.

Eesh, that Sidewinder is an ugly mouse. I picked up a G5 for $45 recently and I'm happy with it. Gamespot did a good job choosing the mice for this roundup but if you're looking for something cheaper without sacrificing features then the G5 and Mx518 are still good buys.
