@wooliet: Tamriel Rebuilt is really interesting. I have been following that mod (and doing some minor work on it) since 2006 or 2007. At the beginning of the project, they had a very crowdsourced way of distributing the work to all its volunteers. Anyone could basically claim a piece of exterior or interior and create it. This made it very easy for an inexperienced modder to just dive in and contribute to the project. However, this approach did create huge variance in quality over all aspects of the mod and an almost equal amount of work went into QA. So maybe 5 - 8 years ago they had created almost all the exterior of the entire Morrowind province, but it was hard to use all that to create a finished product. They have now restructured their workflow and are putting a lot more effort into planning and the larger scope of the finished product.
@cip_raziel: Are you talking about those terrible terrible mobile ports. Where they dont port the proper game but the mobile port with lower frame rate, downgraded resolution and/or graphics and wonky controls. AFAIK the only real PC port sqenix have ever done is the old FF7 and the recent FF13
