What's sad is that you think it's ok to be happy for a game to flop in sales while people worked years and years and hundreds of hours to make a really great game.
If the game flops in sales they get cut loose or can have their jobs hanging over their heads.

It's easy when you have almost unlimited funding

I think there's a difference between finding a bug which maybe have slipped through testing or left it there because they thought no one could re create it and something that may have flat out not worked.

Sometimes devs actually leave bugs in the game because it can be difficult for the consumer to recreate the exact set of circumstances to make it happen.
