Sounds like they're getting rid of everyone who has any journalistic integrity. IN a year GS will be just like IGN. Actually they're not too far from that now.

Not that I agreed with all GS's reviews, but at least with the old crew (Greg, Jeff, Alex, etc) you knew you were getting their honest opinions and not candy coated reviews designed to keep ad revenue flowing.

This really sucks. I don't know any of the current reviewers by name now. They all sound the same to me. It used to be where you could read a review and know who wrote it by the writing. Not anymore.

OK, now the same thing is happening again. I really don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall that software everytime I want to watch a video, so I'm just doing it the old way.

I hope you guys are able to get this fixed because I really liked the Download Manager. I'll check back in a couple of weeks and see if you have the kinks worked out by then.

Since yesterday whenever I try to download a video using the Gamespot Download Manager it prompts me to download the update, but when I try to do that I keep getting this error message:

Please exit the GDM_TrayApp before installing. This installer will now exit.

I've tried running it numerous times. I've tried saving it to my desktop and exiting all other programs and then running it, but I keep getting that same error message.

If anyone can help me with this TIA.
