I'm still relativley new here, but it's to my understanding that while the online guide has always been free, the downloadable PDF has always (or at least, was supposed to) require a GameSpot Plus account. Sorry for any confusion.
Yet another suggestion, this time for the basketball mission in the Jiggoseum. Basically, build a large tray and attach propellers to it to make a helicopter. Give it little to no forward momentum, and center it under the hoop. Then simply lift the balls into the hoop, recentering if necessary. Video_Game_King
