@Brakkyn @Amirygon First-person has never been done right to even remotely be immersive on its own to begin with, and it certainly never will outside of virtual reality (and even within virtual reality, it's unlikely to get right for years to come). So yes, I find it far more immersive to be able to see the back side of the character I am playing.
@FuzzyPancakes @Amirygon You find third-person annoying; I find first-person as it has existed thus far annoying while saying it is at all annoying is barely even scratching for me to begin with at the surface as I find there neither anything immersive nor intuitive about first-person view to begin with. So like I said, I will pass unless it offers a proper third-person view.
Censorship of any kind is just wrong. It's always based on someone's arbitrary code of conduct but it's something to be expected of Russia and any European country, and just more reason why those that want to censor or control anything they disagree with due to their arbitrary feelings or morals should move there so America can embrace its rightful destiny as being an asylum for freedom & liberty, and real justice for all.

Aside from how all forms of entertainment are art, this is pretentious to say the least. Nintendo is implying that one cannot do both - that one can only make a game fun or graphically pleasing, or what we know to be a false dilemma. An even more silly false dilemma once you realize that like everything else, taste in video games is a very arbitrary line.
It's also pretentious on the basis that Nintendo only makes reiterations, hardly any new games of its own doing that should have one asking Nintendo, "where the hell are some new & innovative games?" In a way, they're just as bad as Electronic Arts for the reiterations they keep coming out with, and that's not good.
Just another problem with government regulating any form of speech at all or anything non-coercive to begin with; when given the opportunity, gov't will stop you from doing things it considers immoral no matter how subjective it is.
I really hate that Nvidia chose to bow out of this generation's console hardware, especially since all 3 nex-gen consoles disappoint me more than ever in hardware terms. So at this point, I just hope it's a good move for Nvidia that allows them the opportunity to keep making better desktop video cards.
